What’s Included in Full Body Laser Hair Removal for Men?
The Full Body treatment can include body areas below the neck. The face and neck are not included. The exact combination of treated areas is confirmed before the procedure.
Full Body Does Not Require Every Area to Be Treated
For men, Full Body Laser Hair Removal can be adjusted when the client wants to keep hair in selected areas. For example, areas below the knees or below the elbows can be left untreated, and fingers or toes can also be excluded.
This means a treatment can still be considered Full Body even when specific areas are intentionally preserved. The areas to be treated and the areas to be left unchanged are confirmed before the procedure.
Complete Hair Removal Is Not Required
Full Body Laser Hair Removal for Men does not have to mean complete removal of all body hair. Treatment can also be used to reduce hair density in selected areas while keeping some hair.
Different Areas Can Have Different Treatment Goals
A client may want more complete hair removal in one area and density reduction in another. Because the treatment plan can preserve selected areas or reduce density rather than remove all hair, the approach can be adjusted to the client’s preferred amount of body hair.
Face and Neck Are Separate Treatments
The face and neck are outside the Full Body treatment area for men. Face Laser Hair Removal for Men, Beard Laser Hair Removal, and Neck Laser Hair Removal are selected separately when those areas need treatment.
Feet and Toes
Feet and toes can be part of men’s lower-body treatment, but they can also be intentionally left untreated as part of an individualized Full Body plan.

Glow Lab uses Lutronic CLARITY II and Cynosure Elite+ laser systems for Laser Hair Removal. Both systems provide 755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm Nd:YAG wavelengths.

Before Your Appointment
- Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for 4 weeks before treatment.
- Wait 3 weeks after completing an antibiotic course.
- Do not take anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen or Aleve the day before, the day of, and the day after the procedure.
- Shave the body treatment areas the day before the procedure.
- Do not use Retin-A or retinol products on the treated areas for 2 weeks.
After Your Appointment
- Avoid tanning for 2 weeks.
- Avoid hot baths, steam rooms, saunas, and exercise for 48 hours.
- Avoid alcohol-containing lotions for 48 hours; Glow Lab’s instructions recommend aloe vera gel or panthenol cream instead.
- Do not wax, tweeze, or use sugaring between sessions; shaving is the only recommended hair-removal method.
- Allow about 2 weeks for the shedding process.
